Escrow Protection
Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Staging environment — demo product content.
How escrow is intended to protect both sides of a yacht transaction.
Staging environment notice

Intended escrow flow
- 1. Buyer and seller agree through the platform.
- 2. Required documents are requested.
- 3. Documents are reviewed.
- 4. Escrow instructions are created.
- 5. Buyer deposits funds to the appointed escrow process.
- 6. Funds remain controlled per the escrow agreement.
- 7. Inspection / survey conditions are handled.
- 8. Closing conditions are confirmed.
- 9. Funds are released only under agreed closing conditions.
Who holds funds
In production, funds are held by an appointed, regulated escrow provider under an escrow agreement — never by the static demo and never released on a handshake.
Buyer & seller protection
Escrow protects the buyer's deposit until closing conditions are met and gives the seller confidence that a committed buyer has funds in place.
