How pricing and success fees work.

Package tiers
- Self Sale — list and manage on your own.
- Platform Deal Support — fixed fee plus a 2% success fee.
- Full Managed Sale — fixed fee plus a 4% success fee, fully guided.
How the success fee works
The success fee is charged only when your yacht sells and closes through Owners Yachts, calculated on the final agreed sale price and deducted at closing from escrow — never up front.
Optional services
- Escrow support.
- Inspection / survey coordination.
- Documentation coordination after an accepted offer.
Changes to pricing
Package pricing is configurable by authorised admin roles only, and every change is written to the audit log.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay if my yacht doesn't sell?
You pay the fixed listing fee for your chosen package; the success fee applies only on a completed sale.
