Summary
The platform is for private owners selling directly to buyers. Brokers may not publicly list as private owners.
How it works
- Brokers cannot pose as private owners.
- Suspected broker accounts may be quarantined pending review.
- Legitimate authorised representatives may be manually reviewed and approved.
- Users can report suspected broker activity.
Limitations
No detection system is perfect. We do not guarantee that every attempt is detected, and we rely partly on community reporting.
Enforcement & appeal
Accounts flagged for broker activity are reviewed by compliance. Owners who are genuine authorised representatives can provide evidence and appeal a decision through Contact / Support.
