How the success fee works
You only pay the success fee when your yacht actually sells and closes through Owners Yachts. It's calculated on the final agreed sale price and is deducted at closing from escrow — never up front. The fixed listing fee covers onboarding and listing support; the success fee aligns our incentives with getting your deal closed at the right price.
Escrow support
Optional on Platform Support, included on Full Managed. Funds held safely until closing conditions are met.
Inspection coordination
Survey and sea-trial scheduling handled for you on Full Managed Sale.
Documentation support
Document coordination after an accepted offer, so nothing stalls before escrow.
