These terms govern use of the Owners Yachts owner-to-owner yacht marketplace. By using the platform you agree to them.
Summary
Owners Yachts is a broker-free marketplace connecting private yacht owners with qualified buyers. Owners publish listings after signing an ownership declaration; legal ownership documents are reviewed only after an offer is accepted, before escrow opens.
Definitions
- Platform — the Owners Yachts website and services.
- Owner — a seller who lists a yacht.
- Buyer — a user who submits an offer.
- Listing — a yacht advertised for sale.
- Declaration — the owner's signed statement of ownership or authorisation.
Using the platform
You must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and communicate through the platform's secure messaging until deal conditions permit direct contact. Accounts may be suspended for false declarations, broker activity disguised as private ownership, or abuse.
User responsibilities
- Provide truthful listing and account information.
- Hold the right to sell any yacht you list.
- Complete transaction-stage document review honestly.
- Respect other users and platform staff.
Platform responsibilities
- Provide the marketplace and transaction workflow.
- Review ownership documents after an accepted offer.
- Operate escrow and inspection processes as described.
- Handle personal data per the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Service package fees and success fees are described on the Fees & Service Packages page. Success fees apply only on a completed sale.
Limitations
The platform is provided on a best-efforts basis. In this staging environment no live payments, live escrow, or production security are active. Owners Yachts does not guarantee a sale or the conduct of any user.
Dispute & support process
Raise disputes through Contact / Support. We aim to mediate fairly between owner and buyer and may pause a transaction pending review.

No. It is an owner-to-buyer marketplace. Brokers may not pose as private owners.
